Bonnie's School of Speech & Drama

We offer speech and drama classes for children and young adults of all ages. Classes run for 1 hour per week for 30 weeks per year, and are offered Mondays through Thursdays. Classes are small, interactive, and fun. Students learn poetry, mime, improvisation, characterization, public speaking, and storytelling. Students learn how to use their faces, voices, and bodies to perform on stage and how to effectively communicate. They improve their oral communication skills and performance skills, and boost self-esteem. Classes are certified through Trinity College-Guildhall and students can choose to be examined at a suitable grade level through this college at the end of the year. Students also put on a recital at the end of each year. Yearly tuition is between $750 to $800 (September to May). Bonnie Laurie has her Licentiate Teacher's Diploma from Trinity College, London and is a certified speech and drama teacher who has been successfully running her studio for over 10 years.
