Dan as a Clefs d’Or Concierge with Park Hyatt & Windsor Arms Hotels, and Christopher as a food and beverage & catering director at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Dan, who is also a certified nutritionist, realized how difficult it is for people with dietary restrictions to find a dessert they can eat safely. He and Christopher took their passion for delivering exceptional guest service and applied it to Hotel Gelato. Coffee, roasted in Toronto and delectable baked goods that include cupcakes, muffins, cookies, scones and a selection of gluten-free and vegan treats. At Hotel Gelato, the hotel motif and decor evoke a welcoming hotel lobby with comfy seating, Italian crystal chandeliers, original oil paintings and complimentary Wi-Fi.
