Kidnasium is a recreational Gymnastics Centre providing classes and hosting activity filled birthday parties for children 18 months to 9 years old. We have a mini trampoline, balance beams, uneven bars, climbing, jumping opportunities and more. Kidnasium's goal is to create a fun and nurturing environment which allows children of all ages to develop both physically and socially. Our programs help build self-esteem, self-confidence, strength, flexibility, balance and coordination by teaching basic gymnastic skills in a fun, fully equipped gym setting.
